The incidence of sternoclavicular joint dislocation is rare due to its specially physiological anatomy. At present, the main therapy of sternoclavicular joint dislocation is operation, including the sternoclavicular joint reconstruction, internal clavicle resection and internal fixation with thoracoclavicular joint.
